VettedAd

How it works

From your website to a campaign you can trust

Connect the account. VettedAd builds structure against a fixed rulebook. You approve before anything is applied. Every step names the rule that fired.

Step 01

Connect the account

You sign in with Google and choose the Ads account. The connection starts read-only. Nothing is written until you approve a specific change.

If you never approve a push or a proposal, your live account stays as it is.

What this prevents

Silent writes to a live account you did not approve.

Step 02

VettedAd reads the site

You give it a website URL, or a short seed phrase. It works out what is actually sold, not what a keyword tool guesses.

Services that are not offered on the site do not become themes. Adjacent trades and lookalike offers stay out.

What this prevents

Themes built for services you do not sell.

Step 03

It builds the keyword themes

Real search volume and competition data are pulled for every term. Keywords are grouped by intent, not by wording that happens to look similar.

Career, DIY, definitional and research searches are dropped before they reach your list. Each theme is curated down to the keywords that convert.

Step 04

Ad group themes form by promise

If two searches need a different headline or a different landing page, they do not share an ad group. Emergency and elective searches never share an ad.

Exact negatives wall each theme off from the others, rebuilt from the real keyword lists whenever structure changes.

Step 05

Ads are written under the rulebook

A full responsive search ad is produced per ad group theme. Every asset is checked before it ships.

Headlines that would truncate or waste the slot are rejected. A call to action without a service name is refused. Broad match is banned; every keyword ships as Phrase and Exact.

What this prevents

Generic ads and match types that bleed spend.

Step 06

A landing page per theme

Each ad group theme gets a page built from your own site’s facts, matched to what that theme searches for.

Leads arrive tagged with the keyword that produced them. Conversions feed back into Google Ads so bidding has a clean signal.

Step 07

Tracking is set up and watched

Conversion actions are created for the intents that matter. Health is monitored so a silent break does not look like a good campaign.

When tracking looks wrong, spend decisions that depend on it are held back.

What this prevents

Bidding on conversion data that is already broken.

Step 08

It runs and proposes

Once live, the optimizer classifies search terms into waste, winners and mismatch using account arithmetic. No language model decides where money goes.

Nothing autonomous runs while Smart Bidding is learning or while a campaign is still settling. Everything else that would change the account is proposed until you say so.
