VettedAd

Keyword Intelligence

Give it one phrase. It works out the whole business.

Type leak repair and VettedAd knows you're a plumber. It builds your ad group themes from real demand, filters each one down to buying intent, and blocks the neighbouring trades that would have quietly spent your budget for months.

The problem

Keyword tools return everything that contains your words

A plumber searching “leak repair” gets roof leaks, radiator leaks, damp proofing, gutter repair. All high volume. All irrelevant. All indistinguishable in a spreadsheet.

The obvious junk is easy to spot. Jobs. DIY. “What is.” You can delete those by eye.

The adjacent trades are not. That is where accounts bleed for months without anyone noticing. The click looks relevant. The caller wants a roofer. You paid for the introduction.

Two ways in

A seed phrase, or a website URL

Same pipeline. Two entry points. Either way, VettedAd works out what is sold, builds ad group themes, and writes the negative keyword architecture before spend starts.

Seed phrase

“leak repair”

The system infers a plumbing business. From that one phrase it builds ad group themes around real demand.

Ad group themes

  • Emergency leaks
  • Pipe repair
  • Bathroom leaks
  • Water leak detection

Negative keywords

Then it blocks the businesses that sit right beside a plumber and would otherwise eat the budget.

  • Roof leak repair
  • Gutter leaks
  • Damp proofing
  • Radiator bleeding
  • Leaking shower tray sealant

Every one of those looks like a match in a keyword tool. None of them is a customer.

Website URL

A private dental practice

The system reads the site, extracts the treatments actually offered, and builds themes per treatment.

Ad group themes

  • Teeth whitening
  • Dental implants
  • Invisalign
  • Emergency dental

Negative keywords

Then the negatives come from neighbouring dental categories the practice does not provide.

  • NHS dentist
  • Orthodontics (if not offered)
  • Denture repair
  • Dental nursing jobs

Adjacent. Plausible. Expensive if you leave them live.

What it builds

From seed to a list you can launch

  1. 01

It works out what you sell

From one phrase or your site, not from a generic industry list. Type leak repair and it knows you are a plumber. Give it a dental practice URL and it extracts the treatments that page actually offers.

  2. 02

It builds ad group themes from real demand

Every candidate carries live search volume and competition, so themes are grounded in what people actually search. Thin demand is not padded with invented terms.

  3. 03

It sorts by intent, not by wording

A research query and a ready-to-buy query never share an ad group theme. Career, DIY and definition searches are stripped before they reach your list.

  4. 04

It writes the negative keyword architecture

This is where most tools stop, and where accounts bleed. Neighbouring trades look like matches in a keyword tool. They are not your customers. VettedAd builds the negative list from those adjacent categories before you spend a pound on them.

    Leak repair themes

    • Emergency leaks
    • Pipe repair
    • Bathroom leaks
    • Water leak detection

    Blocked before spend

    • Roof leak repair
    • Gutter leaks
    • Damp proofing
    • Radiator bleeding
    • Leaking shower tray sealant

Leave those negatives off and you will pay for roofers, damp specialists and DIY sealant shoppers for months. The search terms report will look busy. The phone will be quiet for the wrong reasons.

  5. 05

It curates each theme to what converts

Each ad group theme is cut to the terms that buy. Not padded to a round number. If a theme cannot be validated against its own demand pool, it ships empty rather than dumping junk.

  6. 06

It ships Phrase and Exact only

Broad match never leaves the building. Every curated keyword is pushed as Phrase and Exact.

  7. 07

    Then the ads get written

Headlines and descriptions per ad group theme. Each asset is checked against the rulebook before it ships. A call to action without a service name is refused.

The rules

What this module refuses to ship

Rule 01

Only what you sell

Themes match the business inferred from the phrase or found on the site. Offers you do not provide do not become keyword lists.

Rule 02

Low-intent gate

Career, DIY, definitional and research searches are dropped before they reach your list.

Rule 03

Adjacent trades blocked

Negative keywords are written for neighbouring categories that share your words but not your customers. Roof leaks for a plumber. NHS searches for a private practice.

Rule 04

Phrase and Exact only

Broad match is banned on theme pushes. Each curated keyword ships as both Phrase and Exact.

Rule 05

Empty beats uncurated

When validation fails, the theme section stays empty. Uncurated lists never ship by accident.
